Standard shipments take up to 5 business days to ship out(unless otherwise noted in product description) via USPS and 1-3 business days to arrive within the U.S. You will also receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. (INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES VARY)
Be advised that 2 iLL Clothing is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses given at time of order nor any stolen packages once they are confirmed to have been delivered.

All Sales are final. We truly want you to be happy with your purchase and encourage using discretion at the time of purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 5 days of your delivered order to discuss a possible solution. Our Policies:
– Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs. Unless the item(s) received were damaged or the wrong item(s) sent, in this case we will refund you for the shipping cost.
– All returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving package & sent in original packaging, with tags and in new condition.

– Refunds are typically received within 2 weeks from the time that you mail them. Once we receive your return in our distribution center, please allow 2 business days for it to process.
Please understand we can only accept returns on merchandise purchased from our online store. All items purchased on sale are final and non-refundable. We’ll email you once we’ve received and processed your return. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed.

– Iron from reverse side, low settings.
